मुंबई : तुकाराम मुंडे को नागपुर के नए मनपा आयुक्त नियुक्त किया गया है | अनुशासन के साथ ही प्रशासकीय कामकाज में पैंठ रखने तथा बिना राजनीतिक दबाव किसी भी मुद्दे पर फैसला लेने की अपनी कार्यशैली के कारण भले ही वर्ष 2005 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी हमेशा ही विवाद में रहे हों, लेकिन इसी कार्यशैली को देखते हुए अब राज्य में बदले सत्ता समीकरणों के कारण उन्हें नागपुर महानगरपालिका में आयुक्त बनाकर लाया गया है |
उल्लेखनीय है कि जिला परिषद में बतौर सीईओ कार्य करते समय भी मुंडे कई मामलों में राजनीतिक दलों के निशाने पर रहे हैं. अब मनपा में उन्हें भेजने की तैयारी होने की भनक लगते ही तमाम अधिकारी और कर्मचारियों के हलक सूख रहे हैं. जानकारों के अनुसार नियमों की चौखट में काम को अंजाम देने की उनकी शैली और कई बार सत्तापक्ष के विरोध में जाकर लिए जानेवाले फैसलों के कारण ही उन्हें कभी भी अधिक समय तक एक जगह नहीं रखा गया.
साथ-साथ और भी कई आईएएस अधिकारियों का तबादला हुआ है।
